We stayed two nights and so busy shopping, visiting all the antique shops, rode the ferris wheel, the hot tub was really really great.
-
Okay, but that is all, much better in Branson.

Jacuzzi tub in room is SUPER hot water but not the cleanest with missing a jet. Bedding was clean but bed was hard in my room but soft in other reserved room. Breakfast was actually really good with their potatoes and peppers. The hot tub in the pool area is similar to a warm bath. Half the jets are broke so it doesn’t “bubble” up at all. Pool was nice and big. “Gym” is one exercise machine. Also you can forget the WiFi because it doesn’t work at all. Front desk tried to restart it and was going to contact internet provider but during our stay, it did not work. Front desk staff is super friendly though! Hotel needs some upgrades or more maintenance.

It was good. There was plenty of parking and help.

Our room was very clean, functional. The hotel is a little dated, but overall the facilities are well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only concern, and it is not a serious issue, was the hotel seemed understaffed, with employees doing double duty.

This was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in while visiting Branson. I used a Lysol wipe on the lamp, side tables, switches, etc. and it was still white with nothing on it after wiping down the hard surfaces. The bed was comfortable too and the hotel was quiet. I will most definitely stay here again.

The food at breakfast was poor. The gravy was runny, biscuits were hard, poor quality sausage

Check In was quick n simple especially after 9 hour drive !! Room was very clean n jacuzzi tub was great after spending all day out on the town not to mention nice afternoon in the indoor pool !! Highly recommended
-
Couch had stains on it
-
We had to ask for towels when we checked in. There was only one towel in the room at check in and no wash clothes. Other than it was great.
-
Not a bad place to stay.
-
The room was basic and it was kept clean. It’s good for the price.

Breakfast: Was great! Hot foods were well maintained hot and fresh. You didn't have to ask for anything, The attendant was very conscious of her guest needs! Staff: As for this, Front Desk and Breakfast Attendant were courteous and tried to be accommodating. Front Desk: Located in the Lower Level, accessed by steps only or by driving around the building to the back entrance, Enter the building, then have to choose either a long flight of stairs down or find the elevators down. Not well marked!! And with checking in, an inconvenience carrying luggage. Because the luggage carts were on the next floor up!

This was a really nice property particularly for the price with one exception. They apparently had dead WiFi router and getting them to actually look into and fix the problem was a major effort. Even once they had restarted the router, WiFi was spotty at best.
-
Room was clean but very small and cramped. Needed updating. The hot tub did not work very well and found a fake eyelash on the edge of it. Pool was ice cold. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
-
bic roo. with a nice big jetted tub in the luxury suite. bed was pretty firm but comfortable

We have stayed here many times but the management must have changed. Very low standards. Breakfast is not what it used to be. Tables and floor was sticky and dirty and we were the first ones in the morning. I was ignored when asked about the elevator not going to 9th floor. No sign in the elevator telling us it didn’t work until 7am when breakfast started. Not a good experience.

beautiful pool! My goodness, so so pretty

Breakfast was delicious There really was nothing we didn’t like. We have stayed here before and that is why we came back
