It was clean and breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice but very cold. I would recommend staying again on next visit.

For our purposes this was an excellency choice. It's also pet friendly with a $25 pet charge. Unlike most places that charge more for a pet than the room. Genuinely ok with paying a $25 fee. Will stay there again.

The carpeting was soiled here and there. The staff was nice and helpful. The water ran, not just dripped in the bathroom tub and could not be shut off. There was significant mold in the top corner of the tub. The waste basket in the bathroom was broken, big crack down the side, although it had a clean liner. TV, air conditioning and bed was all good.

Staff were pleasant, very quiet property. Breakfast was good. Only complaint is the mold in the shower!!!

We slept in so we didn’t get breakfast. We enjoyed the evening dessert of cookies and ice cream. Nice quiet location Pool was hi in chlorine so eyes burned and coughed.

Bathroom sink backed, TV didn't work, and air conditioner didn't work.

Need more wash clothes in the room

First room we were inn, the shower floor was very, very dirty. We ask for another room and the second had cockroaches in it. They did spray our room, but that did not get rid of them. We had to ask for coffee and the body wash dispenser was empty are whole stay. The coffee dispenser in the breakfast area was not working properly. Very disappointed in this property. We have stayed in several AmericInn's before and this is not the standard of their chain!

One of the best places we have stayed in Branson. Breakfast was great, access to outlet mall is next door snd Main Street a moment away
