Hotel Grand Victorian

This was a very nice stay. We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Victorian.

The location was GREAT! Breakfast was just ok. Food wasn’t very warm. First impression Lobby needs spruced up, but everywhere else was very nice!

It is the best hotel I’ve stayed in since last year in May! Will definitely be coming back to this one.

Had some air freshener with me. I would and plan to stay here again in the future!

The bathroom is the smallest I have ever encountered in North America, the Caribbean, Mexico and Guam. Some hotel suit changed the architect’s original plan to this barely functional joke. One must step out of the bath to dry off from the shower. Or maybe stand in the shower to dry? You couldda had five stars! Obviously the person that signed off has never, ever had a room like this and tried to use the bath. Won’t be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. There's a whole floor for people with pets!! The room was clean, didn't smell like pets, NO MOLD that I could see or smell. Check in was easy, staff were very nice. We're definitely coming back.

Staff was very friendly at check in and throughout our stay. Cleanest room we have stayed at in Branson. Pools fantastic and so was breakfast .Wonderful stay!

Very clean. older style rooms. King mattress slept good. TV should be on an adjustable wall mount. Front staff very courteous and friendly. Coffee available everywhere. AC was awesome! Breakfast was disappointing. Would return and recommend.

We got in late Saturday night and just stayed one night. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. You can tell the hotel has some age on it, but it is very well maintained. I would definitely come back for a longer stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Grand Victorian. It's very charming and they were gracious to upgrade our stay due to a bad experience with the Embers. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too. Thanks again for hosting us while we were on vacation!

No bar or restaurant, except for breakfast, which was too early for us. Inside toilet rim could have been cleaned better. Didn't like the shower/bath combo that you had to step into.

We loved the place. I would definitely go back. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were kind and helpful. Place was clean up to date. I just thought it a odd that they never serviced the room and if we needed more towels and TP we needed to bag up our dirty and put an order in for more.

We didn’t swim so don’t know about pools. Staff was helpful.
