Location In bathroom there was knocking in the pipes behind shower walls and there was a sewer smell in the tub.

The pool,hot tub,sauna,and food was great. When you say there are 5 people in your family and you need 2 beds and a pull out couch and you book a room because you say you can accommodate and then you cant is wrong.It was very uncomfortable,so we wont stay there again.

Our last stay here in March one elevator then both were OUT of service! We took stairs up to floor 4, bad knees and all. This visit our room was dirty even a huge blood looking carpet stain. Smelled like mildew-BAD!

If staying in Branson, we would stay there again. Its not been the worst one we have stayed in. Our hotel had a sink inside the bathroom and sink outside. The pool was one of the best amenities and the kitchen staff were very attentive.
