Nothing about the hotel. We were tried being charged for extra fees exactly 2 minutes after check in. They tried $100, then &4, then $10. No microwave had to go use the front lobby. Then I was told they were not supposed to give out throw away utensils. Pool was dirty. Was not told that the hot tub was broke. The shower was filthy. The sink had a crack in it. Outside a man was sleeping under the next door theatre awning. Should I keep going. It said a 3 star. That was no 3 star.

The carpet of my room was dirty and stained. It smelled bad.

Room was decent, was a little small, beds were good and seemed clean. I was not impressed with breakfast. We ate early around 730, Breakfast started at 7. Some things were not ready, and somethings looked like they had been out for awhile. Orange juice was pretty watered down. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star meal, but some of it just wasn’t edible. We stayed two nights, only ate breakfast once.

The location was good. The problems were: 1. There was hair all in both showers as well as in the sink. 2. There were dead bugs in the bathroom floor as well as roaches crawling around! 3. Most of the linens were stained and looked as if they had not been washed in a good hot minute. 4. The toilet in one of the rooms ran constantly and the handle had to be adjusted multiple times! 5. One of the rooms smelled heavily of listerine! 6. One bed in each room was as hard as rocks.

There were pet hair in the beds, pub hair on the toilet and I had to tame numerous Benadryl from the allergic reaction from the pet hair. I pushed through the night and 1st thing the nxt morning I checked out, made a complaint and requested my night that I was not going to stay there; a refund. I understand paying for the 1 night because I was there. However, I couldn’t make another night. Cleanliness was not a priority there and there was mold all over the ceiling especially in the bathroom

The toilet was stopped up when we arrived. I had to go myself to get a plunger. Then we figured out the TV would not work. The staff working the front desk attempted to do something but didn’t know what to do. They had all day the next day to either fix or replace but neither was done. I also think they should at least bring you clean towels when you have checked in for more than 1 night but instead you yourself have to take the dirty towels to the office to pickup clean ones.

breakfast was good, grandkids liked the pool, so that's all that mattered , beds great pillows good nothing

Lots of choices for breakfast, very helpful staff. Room was pretty clean, a few carpet stains, but generally clean. Very reasonable pricing from the hotel directly.
-
Cleanliness there was roaches in my room and someone’s contacts on the bathroom gloor
-
Clean great room. Great price. Nice indoor pool. (A little cold) not heated. Nice complimentary breakfast. Will stay here again.
-
Hot tub was permanently closed. Swimming pool was dirty. Staff had no bandaides. We were there for 5 nights. Not once was the bed made

I felt like i was catfished… completely confused and second guessed if I was at the correct location. After investigating… The hot tub has been broken since covid… they refresh the caution tape, so it leaves to to think its temporarily broken? Also the pool water was cloudy and the” glowing blue” water wall behind the pool was covered in rust. I didn’t see the sauna and at this point in time just assumed it didn’t exist… I can’t describe the smell of the rooms… not pleasant. If i only wanted a bed to sleep in for the night, it would have been acceptable. They need to be honest and stop tricking people.
