But this sort of thing should not have happened.

Comfy rooms and great food. Staff was exceptional.

Property was big as ever! Pool was connected from indoor to outdoor. You swim under to get outside lol. So cool.

Everything was good but I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast food. Just your regular hotel breakfast stuff. Tried to go swimming a couple times but the pool was packed all weekend. They have an inside outside pool but it’s not that big. All in all the stay was fine but i don’t know if we will come back. Price was good. Stay was okay.

Overall it was a good stay, the hotel could use a complete renovation. You can tell its very dated. The breakfast was ok. The staff were great. We thought no one cleaned the tub, but it turns out the tub was so worn, it could have used a fresh coat of paint or something. It's the biggest hotel in all of Branson. Would I go back? Probably not.
-
It’s a little outdated. But the staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to a lot of attractions.
-
Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is ok and gets your day started without hunting down a restaurant. Pool looked good. I think it just needs to be updated. The locate is great close to everything.
-
Just okay. Room in our chair smelled like urine. Carpets dirty. Appeared to be mold above shower on tiles

I booked on Expedia and got a good rate. But I picked this hotel over other hotels because Expedia ad said "2 Free Branson Tickets with your stay". Upon check-in when I inquired about the free tickets, the young man said, "well that language is confusing, our current promotion is buy one, get one free". But I can sell you 2 tickets for $60. I guess " free" is $60! I thought it was too good to be true, but it upsets me that either Expedia lied or Thousand Hills lied. I showed him the screen shot I had of the Expedia listing, but it didn't matter to him.

Enjoyed our stay at Thousand Hills. Golf course was very nice. Rooms clean. Food at restaurant was delicious and breakfast buffet was good too.
