Cleanliness WiFi was not working very well. It was disconnecting alot and could not talk on video call because of the poor signal reception. Very noisy at night because of people living on the floor above.

Upon arrival I was faced with the challenge how to get access to the keys as the Keyboy, turns out, had been programmed wrongly and couldn't open it. I rang the bell and a very helpful Lady appeared who was able to fix everything and give me a new set of keys from the reception. I met this lady a few times during my stay and she was delightful, helpful and professional. It was rather thoughtless to mail wrong instructions as to how to get access to the keys. In addition the room assigned to me was on the 4th floor without elevator. I can well imagine, that can be a challenge if you are traveling with heavy luggage. Late at night the area outside the hotel is a bit seedy.

I go to Bremen once a week and I found this place to be very convenient. It's 5 minutes away from the train station and can check on your own time. Also, the room is always nice and tidy.

The location was 5 minutes away from the train, tram and bus stations. The room was clean and well presented and the bathroom was spotless. The 4 flights of stairs to reach my room ?. The Oslo was a great room, but not as young as I used to be, so 4 flights almost killed me ?

The room was fine; Very good value for the money. The location is great, with easy access to the city centre through a lovely park (just a short walk). There is NO 'Private parking' even though they say there is. You have to park in a multi-store public parking lot in another street than the hotel.
