I was given room 88 which was a short walk from the main reception of the hotel. what a wonderful room!! it was spacious, nice furniture, refrigerator, comfy beds, balcony, and pleasant views. My favorite part of the property was the location, it’s so peaceful and serine, also, the small shops on the same road that offer fresh bread, produce, and flowers in the morning was a wonderful surprise. The location is ten minute drive to the heart of the city. There is also a train stop, restaurants, and grocery stores at walking distance. such a. hidden gem, I would love to come back and stay longer. I really have to think about this, and be extremely picky, I honestly don’t have any negative opinions at the moment, I’m glad I found the place.

Very nice and big room with kitchenette available. Beautiful furniture. Nice location. Very quiet. Nice terrasse with a roof so can be enjoyed even if it rains. Good tea equipment. Nice people. The breakfast was fine, but not really worth 6EUR in my opinion. Very little fruits available, only some apples and clementines for the first arrived. A toaster would as well be welcomed. The big negative point is the cleaning. It seems to be very difficult to get a room cleaned. I was there for 2 weeks and out of the ~5 times I placed the sign on my door, the room was made only once. When I complained about that, the cleaning people still didn't come afterwards. They pretended the sign had disappeared (on two days!) when coming back for cleaning. Not sure how this is possible as I was out all day and the sign was still on the door when I came back in the evening. (I also had made sure to know before which time I should put the sign to be sure that it wasn't because of that). They should probably check their camera in front of the door to check who needs glasses. Very unreliable service. Never I had in any other hotel to ask for toilet paper at the reception due to such a bad cleaning service. Additionally, the cloth for drying the kitchen tools that I had ask for were very smelly (both of them). Also, the one time they did the room, they didn't do the vacuum cleaner while I think it should be included as no broom is available for guests. It doesn't mean I wouldn't come back, as the hotel room and the location were really nice but I might bring my own toilet paper and towels/cloth next time..

Nice, quiet location - close to a tramway stop, Netto supermarket and a park-cemetery. A spacious room and kitchen, very good WiFi, pots and pans were available upon request. Didn't try the breakfast and didn't watch TV so can't say anything about that. The only thing was that there was only one soap bottle (I had to move it between the kitchen and the bathroom) and no towel for the kitchen.

Property was not as described. Pictures did not reflect the room at all. Layout was not as expected.
