the receptionist was very rude. I came with my family to stay one night on the way, and we were exposed to the rude, disrespectful, and arrogant behavior of the receptionist . He also said that my reservation, which I made for 3 people, did not include an extra pillow and a duvet with various excuses.

The ability to contact, while it did work out well in the end. As I have anxiety, I cannot talk over the phone. I wasn't sure whether i was going to be able to get in, until late on the day as emails that I had sent, diodn't seem to get through, apart from at the end where they just replied with a code.

Most important it was clean I called for check in,person on the other side of the phone was very unfriendly.

Close to where I needed to be. There were silverfish in the bathroom and the bed. I woke in the morning and found six on the bed and two on me. Good job I'm not squeamish.
