Comfortable room, friendly staff. There were no coffee facilities in the room.

Good location, and reasonably quiet location Noise insulation from neighbouring room poor, leading to limited sleep. In addition hotel had internal renovation work (did not cause noise issue).

The facilities are clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were very kind and professional, which contributed to an overall positive experience. Good balance between the price and the quality. The wi-fi didn't work properly and I experienced frequent interruptions. There's no lift and I had to carry the suitcase to the 2nd floor.

My room was clean and quiet, as located away from the street. As the hotel is near the end of the street, the traffic is minimal. The breakfast was good. Perhaps more choice of fresh fruit would be nice. The furniture need updating.

The hotel is located in a nice area and the room was spatious. The room was also clean and so was the bathroom. However, the staff was not particulalry friendly and was rather unflexible. We arrived 1,5 hours before the allowed check in time and upon our request whether it would be possible to access the room a bit earlier, they did not engage in any efforts to check whether our room is already ready or whether it could be cleaned earlier. Also, the breakfast did not allow for any dietary divergences: there were no lactosefree products or grain drinks like oat milk.

The staff were friendly and helpful. A few minutes from the tram to university or town. Reasonably priced and nice and clean. Good breakfast.

There was a constant noise in the room. It was stinky. And the tables weren't cleaned for a long time! Although I put the sign for cleaning the room, they didn't change the bed sheet.
