Location was the best! Hotel is in the middle of central town and a few minuites walk to any sightseeing places. Room was simple but very comfortable. Good variety of breakfast. Reception was very nice too. None

The staff at the reception was kind of dismissive, not welcoming. We got a room with a faulty air con and no openable windows. We notified and were told a technician would arrive soon, which he did and was friendly and supportive. He couldn't repair but went down to get us another room. No excuse from the reception or anything. We had only few hours in Bremen this time we planned to use for sight seeing, but that ended up a bit shorter than expected. We both agreed that the reception staff would benefit from a seminar on how to treat guests.

Location is amazing near from downtown and the most famous place No parking and they let their customers find their way to park their cars or they have to pay so expensive park fees for hotel park which makes me return back the rental car I get for my trip

Breakfast was very, very nice. Personnel was engaging and friendly. Would have preferred a single duvet layout, even for a double bed. Really have nothing to point out
