I liked the room with the kitchenette and decor was calming. The room was pretty spacious. I didn't like the bathroom set up as it there was nowhere to hang clothes. The towels were also not very fresh as they looked kind of worn out. The location was very convenient for our needs. We were very close to Galleria Mall and to WashU and many food outlets were within a short distance. Staff were helpful and the breakfast area was cheerful and also had a nice contemporary decor. Breakfast was basic as expected, however, it was sufficient.

At check-in the parking charge was more than what is even currently stated on Expedia website. I pointed this out and the front desk did not seem concerned, and only said they would share it with their supervisor and refused to adjust the charge to match the price of agreed-upon Expedia

We had a wonderful week there. The pool was warm and clean. The rooms spacious and comfortable. I had missed that there would be $15 a day parking fees. My children were not terribly impressed with the breakfast options each morning. But it's a beautiful property close to everything we needed to do in St Louis.

Location and facility. Had a party going above us until 1am but staff did come and stop it

Stayed 2 weeks. Property is clean. Only complaint is that room was only cleaned/ re-freshed with towels 3 times in two weeks.

Great people and customer service

Room was nice but I paid for a king bed and sofa bed not a bed that just folds down with no padding whatsoever. King bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on the ground. The breakfast choices were very limited and not good. The staff is what made this whole trip. Every single one of them were very helpful and sweet. They would be the only reason I go back to this location.

They charged me $15.00 for parking/day. Check in clerk had a attitude.

The front desk and breakfast staff was wonderful. The gym was quite useful and while we didn’t use the pool, it looked clean and well maintained. The gym was actually quite complete with a great cable machine. The parking lot felt safe and was well lit with security cameras set up. The only issue I had was the room service, whatever the schedule was supposed to be it wasn’t respected. Garbage and recycling was rarely emptied in our room, I even had to place the bins outside the door for them to be taken care of. Beds were never made, and the room was never refreshed. It was not the end of the world since we are a clean family, but the garbage situation was a bit of an annoyance.

Cleanliness of room, friendliness of reception staff Too close to train tracks - noisy. Choice of hot breakfast was poor. Swimming pool was very dirty - not sure when it was last cleaned but the water was cloudy, and the tiling above water level was covered in a thick layer of dirt. $15 per day parking was a surprise.

Everything was great!! It was very clean. I thought the parking charge was unnecessary as there was no gate for security. I walked across the parking lot late at night alone….

The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible.

I was very disappointed that the pool was not open until 9 am. I love to swim for exercise in the morning before heading out for the day. By 9 am each day, I had to be gone from the hotel. I asked if they could allow me in earlier but they refused. Please consider allowing the pool to be available at 6 am instead of 9.

Location - close to places I need to be. Clean and comfortable.

We had a very good room suite but never received any housekeeping service in 4 nights. Evening desk service by Markesha was very professional and helpful and friendly Lack of housekeeping service.
