The location was so so. The shower was not clean, it stopped up and it flooded the bathroom. When I told the front desk attendant about it and how inconvenient this was she told me that I couldn't not switch rooms.

There was no trash can No pots/pans or serving utensils

They Had No Available Rooms When I came for check in all of the rooms according to the staff were “dirty and unsanitary” they didn’t immediately get to cleaning rooms like they were supposed to just got upset about me asking how long will it take I waited 4 hours for a new room and had to leave for my haircut appointment expecting to be able to come back in check into a room instead I was told all the rooms were unavailable it was my birthday as well , terrible service

This property does not look how it’s described it looks like an apartment complex and it’s does not look hotel friendly This property was horrible I found dirty diapers ,fake money ,trash, and a iPad. One of the bathrooms didn’t works at all and the whole hotel was nasty I couldn’t sleep in that hotel at all the furniture looked worn down and broken kitchen appliances was dirty as well (spoons still had food on them )

Will never return. Booked 2 nights while moving our son into college nearby. First night we found a dirty sheet and a used bandaid balled up inside our foldout couch. The shower had zero pressure and the shelf was broken. We were told no breakfast because we had a full kitchen (only there were barely any dishes and the ones they had were dirty in the cabinet) and the coffee maker was burned so badly we were afraid to turn it on. The bed basically only had 2 sheets. I guess blankets don’t exist anymore. Staff told us the pool closed at 9 even though it clearly said 10 on the sign. On the second night, a group of 15+ decided to throw a party in the room upstairs. Loud yelling, running up and down the stairs (for well over 2 hours before we finally asked them to quiet down around 12:30am), drinking, continuously smoking weed right outside our door and eventually one started walking around with a gun in his hand. So we packed up and demanded a new room in a different building around 1:30am. Credit to the ladies working overnight and when we checked out for being really nice and moving us when we asked, but learning there’s no cameras out by the back buildings and all the issues we had, I’d pay double to stay anywhere else. Worst experience ever.

The lady at the desk was nice. That was the only positive. The room was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The carpet was dirty. There were smears and smudges on all of the surfaces. There was an open soda can on the window ledge by the bed. The tv in the bedroom had splattered stuff all over it and hadn’t been washed off. The shower has mold along all of the edges. The shower glass was dirty. There were poop remnants in the toilet. The toilet didn’t flush right. There was a hair clip on the bathroom sink. There was gray crumbly stuff all over, hopefully it wasn’t asbestos from the crumbling textured ceiling. The ceiling had rips and holes in it. There was trash and some type of animal feces under the bed. The room smelled like urine. The upstairs bathroom had trash stuffed between the baseboard and wall. The top of the refrigerator had trash and sawdust of some sort on it and a little pop-it firework thing. The bathroom door and vanity downstairs had weird gray clusters stuck to them. I couldn’t figure out what it was but it was gross. An employee came into the locked room while I was in the bathroom and I heard my five year old scream. I rushed out and he said a worker came in. We didn’t stay here and asked for a refund.

We were disappointed that there wasn't Continental breakfast, but I may have missed that when I selected the hotel. There were a couple of spots that could have been cleaner...there was large pink confetti in a few places, the floor under the pull out had a lot of crumbs, there was a vape in one of the dressers.

checked in after 4 as per their requirement. Was told that they were short staffed on housekeeping but would get a call in couple hours letting us know our room was ready. Didn’t receive a call, but go back to be given a too small room with no linens

The room we stayed in was okay, the mirror in the bath room wasn’t really clean. The desk could have been cleaned a little better. There were spots on the walls but that wasn’t bad. Overall thought everything was pretty clean, no problems with the staff. Just still waiting on my deposit back.

Even though it was a single overnight, stay for a concert of the receptionist was amazing and very helpful and caring. The room was clean. Air-conditioning was working. The kitchen was amazing. There wasn’t any noise so it was quiet and I love the vibe. It was more of an apartment than it was hotel stay so I will be booking again very soon.
