The staff was excellent..Bailey,Christopher and especially Kima ..they were attentive and took pride in helping resolve any issues..

Large room. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Not a bad location but our room 325 had a bad order coming from the bathroom like old sewage sometime couple change room due to full. Parking is cheap $8.50 a day

The room was great and very roomy with a separate living room area and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was not very clean. There was a clothing sticker stuck on the wall of the closet that showed a lack of cleaning. Elevator had no air conditioning and was very stuffy. Overall the hotel could use maintenance and updating. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful!

Clean friendly staff

The staff in this hotel are fantastic. Everyone working there was so pleasant and overall wonderful with my whole family. The hotel is older so the elevators are not current models and one doesn’t show the floors, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The sofa was huge and slept both my young children well, it was comfortable though obvious it’s been there for years with the other furniture. Also if you’re sensitive to movement and vibrations request a low floor if possible- I’m very sensitive to these things and could feel the vibrations of the AC in the bed and throughout the room. The placement of the tv was odd and the bathrooms are small and an odd layout but for the single night we stayed it was fine! Overall I would absolutely stay here again!

Traveling with my daughter, we felt very safe staying here. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was extremely friendly. I was charged $8.00 for self parking, which was not disclosed to me before billed. I guess since I had breakfast and the glass of wine the night before I never got charged for, I’ll let it slide. lol. Did not use the outdoor pool but I guess it looked nice and clean. Room was very spacious and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The water service was a major issue throughout our stay. The water kept turning on and off while showering, and the water pressure was extremely low. It often took a long time for the water to start running. These problems affected every sink and shower in our room, making it difficult to shower or even use the sink.

I enjoy my time. The only thing I would say was upsetting was the night reception in my opinion was rude, she didn’t treat everyone the same and I could see that.

The staff for all shifts were phenomenal. Everyone was so very nice, pleasant and made our stay unforgettable. Room was clean, breakfast was good, plenty of parking. Location was perfect.

Staff was helpful, even through a glitch with their computers. Breakfast was very good, better than expected. Convenient, there’s a Target across the street, close to highways, but not too close. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds.

For $200 a night, I expected the basics to be right. The room should have had a working fridge and microwave, and that was disappointing. The best part of the stay was the front desk staff she clearly loves her job and made the experience much better. Her customer service helped balance out an otherwise frustrating stay.

Ok, straight up great place to stay, clean and friendly staff. Shout out to Christopher who is extremely helpful and always go out of his way to make every guests stay delightful. The new manager is amazing, if there is a problem he will fix it. We say here twice a year to go to Vanderbilt and before we stayed here we only had problems at other hotels around Nashville. Totally trust the staff to make sure our stay is great.

The hotel was clean. However the elevators made me nervous one had exposed wires by where you push the buttons and it was rough. The rooms were clean and nice but the bathrooms were super tiny. Like you almost had to open the door completely and step into the bathtub then shut it. The main thing about this property is paying for parking ($8 a day) somewhere that you’ve already paid to stay is ridiculous. There’s not even a garage. It’s a normal uncovered basic parking lot so what am I paying for especially considering front desk told me to park close to the front for “better safety”.

I love this hotel

Place has been around awhile and could use a face lift. Carpets need cleaning. No Microwave in the rooms. Elevators were stinky and hot. Hallways were unfordable "hot and musty". Breakfast was 4 out of 5. Breakfast staff were great.

Customer service was great The pics on booking.com did not match the facility's, except for the actual room pics.. the lobby, etc, was not as purported.
