Hyatt Place Nashville Brentwood

10/10 and 2 thumbs up!!!! Thanks to Mr.Chris and the whole staff

Our check in was delightful. Everyone at the desk was so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The carpet was a little bit worn, the bathroom where the shower and toilet were was a bit small with a somewhat low ceiling. But the rest of the room was incredibly spacious. The pillows were perfect. Hotel pillows usually make my neck hurt and these didn’t. Breakfast was actually really good for hotel breakfast! Lots of hot options, fresh fruit, and several different toppings for yogurt along with all the usual things. The property seemed like a very safe and convenient location close to dinner options and the conference we went to.

Staff are nice and helpful.

Location not the greatest for downtown activities. Bathrooms in rooms are ridiculously small. I'm not a big guy but literally had to stand in shower to close the door to use washroom. Water was hit and miss for hotness.

AC in the rooms don’t work well, and it seemed kinda of moist/mildewy in the rooms because of it

The breakfast had a lot of choice and even hot items. The staff was super attentive and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The pull-out couch was not comfortable, but it was spacious enough for a person to sleep on the couch part. The pool was nice and a good temperature. It would have been nice if they had some lounge chairs instead of just regular chairs. We would definitely stay here again as it was right off the highway and about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Also had good restaurants within walking distance.

The lobby and common areas were well kept. The actual hotel room left much to be desired. It was dirty, old, smelled, I wouldn’t even take my shoes off. The bathroom was the size of a closet! I have never seen anything so small!! The photos are not accurate at all!!

Chris(front desk) customer service was impressive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable! I'll be back in September and October!!!!!!!

Awesome breakfast and best staff

The staff were all amazing from check in to check out. The only reason this is not a 5star review across the board is I expected everything to be in exceptional order with it being a Hyatt property. The shower head was small and not adjustable. The thermostat in the room did not control the unit. The elevators were uncomfortably hot, granted it was over 95 each day of our stay. The room itself was spacious and served our needs.

Great property, but is seeing a little wear and tear. Totally dog friendly.

There was a pile of dirty towels left on the hallway credenza by the elevator at least overnight. Once I let the staff know about, they took care of it and apologized. I just think they should have been attentive to this.

The bathroom was definitely in need of an update, the faucet was turnt sideways and the shower head was horrible. The kitchen sink was clogged and the coffee cups were dirty.

The front desk staff were very friendly and made the check in process smooth and efficient

All the way to check in and check out everything was wonderful. The staff were very warm and inviting. The breakfast was amazing and rooms are very spacious. I enjoy my stay. Will come back again.

The pool was very nice and the staff was amazing. Perhaps the only thing they need to work on is their breakfast they do not restock after a while and everyone has to take the few things left.

Super friendly and helpful front desk staff at check-in and check out. I especially enjoyed the hill view from the room.

It was very tidy and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Everything was great until I got charged 8.75 for parking— really! That’s a bit much!

Everything was great. From Mr. Chris at the front desk to Mr. John picking up my dishes after a wonderful continental breakfast. Although I did not use the pool it was open and available. Oh and good atmosphere music
