The front desk told us they could not hold the reservation as some people had extended their stay. Instead of our 2 queen beds, they offered us one twin bed in the same hotel and another similar twin bed in another nearby hotel. We requested for a smoke free room and it reeked of smoke. Horrible experience.

Nothing at all. Upstairs was dirty and nasty, television cable fell out of wall..dogs staying there.

There was zero accommodations for handicapped. The furniture was falling apart. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. No breakfast to speak of. Very disappointing.

Nothing, only the reception staff is polite. I didn’t like the location. The hotel is very bad. The room smelled really bad, it wasn’t clean, the bathroom was dirty, everything was very old, there was a lot of noise from the neighbors. Terrible.

Use as a last resort. The best thing was no roaches. The downside exceeds the positive. It’s 3 story but there aren't elevators. To name a few, the tub didn't drain, the microwave didn't have the plastic part that rotates the glass and you can tell food had burnt in it previously, the outside of the fridge/freezer was condensated and leaked water, the flat sheet had 2 holes in it, the outlet didn't have a cover and when I unplugged my phone the charger burned me it had gotten so hot, one of the bedside lights didn't work and were both caked in dust. Stay was 3 nights in June 2026.
