The cable was down during our entire stay, which was not good because we would have love to watch preseason football games:(

My only negative is the bathroom door has frosted glass, and it’s right in front of the beds. When you use bathroom in the middle of the night, the lights show into the bedroom. Not sure why they used this kind of door, but it is the same in other Spring Hill properties I’ve stayed in.

Parking garage. Breakfast Room wasn’t very clean. Floor was dirty. Crumbs or pieces of dirt on carpet. Dust and lint collected along edge of walls and furniture.

The stay was amazing. Stayed for a week. It was only a 15-20 minutes drive to most of the malls around Nashville. It’s in the best location if you don’t want to stay downtown. I felt very safe here.

Staff was not friendly no greetings and no help!! You might need a new crew for customer service every thing else was great!!!!!

My room was well cleaned. Staff brought by extra towels without having to ask for them. The microwave, refrigerator, iron and tv all worked properly. I’ve been to a hotel where the microwave provided did not work. My stay was wonderful.

What made this location particularly exceptional was the staff. I made an error in my booking and they made everything right again with no additional charges , and they did it with a smile on their face.
