I loved the location and how clean it is! I loved it! I always come here because they allow smoking but the rooms don’t smell of smoke and they are very up kept!

Room was not properly cleaned.

The location is great. Uber into Chicago is quick and easy from here, and there are convience stores like Walgreens and fast food places within a walkable distance. While the room was a smoking allowed room, some air fresheners could used by the keepers so those rooms are awfully over powered by the smell. Maybe the same incense they use in their lobby, because that smelled amazing each time I stepped into the office! Staff (I only ever spoke with the lady at the counter and saw a housekeeper) were nice and kept it minimal and easy. If you need a place to just sleep and shower and regroup for events, this place works well!

Exceptional

It was nice to get a room at the time I needed it, but it was an uncomfortable room The room didn't really seem modern. They seem very old with very minor upgrades. The air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night along with the bathroom light and fan, and made my stay very uncomfortable during a very hot night. I left much earlier than anticipated.

I like the microwave and the mini refrigerator, but nice though, you normally don’t see that in a motel, so I was please. Was pls with the surroundings there, ppl were real nice and friendly a rf@wdecent place. The light didn’t come on in our room at first had to page the front desk and he came immediately.

Definitely recommend a stay here. Just one issue with the toilets. They are smaller and the water inside is a bit toohigh. Sitting on them

The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room smelled and looked clean. The wi-fi worked well, which was essential because I do online work via telehealth. I only needed the fan on the A/C but it worked perfectly. If they had some way to hang things - hangers or hooks, that would have been helpful. The place is not fancy, but it was a solidly good place, especially for the price.

Shampoo package was hard to hold. Some power plugs were loose and not useful to use.

Room was very cold, and the room is clean Did not like that as soon as we turned on the TV pornography started playing, was not a fan of the room keys they were way too easy to lose. It was just like an AirTag. There was a few drunk patrons that the staff did not attempt to have removed or have them go to their room and that was very unsettling for me as we have small children.

My expectations as soon as I walked into my room I don’t really have to make complaints. It wasn’t bad.

Good for the price, very clean and asthetic The beds were a bit uncomfy and stiff.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful and the cleaning ladies understood when I said I didn't want them to come in and I didn't need anything. They just thanked me and had told me to have a good day. It's a quiet location for where it's located and what's outside there front office I would have liked to had a bathtub, a recliner, and lights that would stay on instead of going off every 30 minutes and I had to get up and go and turn them back on. Number two I could not sign into the free Wi-Fi. Overall I would give it a full 7-point rating that's it. Also there was no breakfast bar or nothing for the comfort of the guest

The staff was nice They was an adult video playing on the tv screen and the remote would not change the channel. I had to manually turn off the tv to get it off. The side part of the wall had a gap for filters which was odd.
