Dirty and outdated facility

Was there 3 nights. Never had anyone come clean room. Didn't have any shampoo but the bed was comfortable. It kind of an emergency I had to stay otherwise I wouldn't have done it

My room was clean everything worked microwave refrigerator nice little getaway no breakfast as you would think but I enjoyed myself

Close to my relatives house Dirty room smelly sheets were torn and dirty rude staff hard to get clean towels it Advertised free breakfast I stayed there last year around the same date and the breakfast bar had hard boiled eggs and bagels with cream cheese two types of cold cereal and a variety oatmeal packets juice milk yogurt fresh fruit apples oranges and bananas waffles bread for toast with a toaster coffee this year they only had the dry cereal oatmeal waffles coffee yogurt the juice machine was out of order you had to look in the cupboards for a coffee cup I poured a cup of milk and started to drink it and the man behind the front desk said the milk was for the cereal only too much more to mention but I assure you that I will not ever be staying there again and not sure if I will ever use your services again obviously you don't visit the places that you have listed on your website. I seem to remember a totally different staff at the motel last year I wonder if Wyndham has ever inspected this location because this location is giving them a bad name and customer experience.

Facility was not good, cleanliness not maintained and very dirty

We have stayed in many super 8 properties, and have decent experience, but this was a terrible experience. The bathroom sink was clogged. There was still trash in the dustbin and they didnot come for service even after giving them the call or visiting them in the front desk. They could do better by improving cleanliness throughout the entire property most importantly the sanitation aspect.

The room i was in the carpet smelled and tv was out dated and only got about 5 stations the hallway smelled,and they say free breakfast and it was just cereal and muffin,and waffles the juice machine did not work so u only had to pick milk or coffee and they got the nerves to charge me a deposit a piece for both rooms I booked and my light did not work when u come in the door my bathroom mirror light did not work, the dresser door was broken

Every thing electronic plug is broken, the hotel smells is bad

Convince The shower was leaking, the towels were dirty, the bed wasn’t queen size as in the description, and the door was broken.

Nice Front Desk Staff. Quiet. Clean Room. Clean Linens. Room Has Microwave , Mini Fridge and Flat Screen Roku TV. Great Location. Close to Airport, Chicago Ridge Mall, Gas Stations, Grocery Stores, Restaurants and Walmart. None.

Everything was great.

Breakfast was a joke.

Only boiling hot water. Never changed out the towles or sheets after 4-5 days.

The manger told me, my reservation has been cancelled and he said I have nothing for you. After few minutes he make me to book 1 king bed room which is not what we reserved before with higher price. They gave our reservation to the other people.

It was very run down and lots of things did not work and it was dirty.
