Room was small. Bedsheets cheap. Mastic around shower was mouldy. No effort on decoration or dressing the room. All in all pretty depressing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Food was good. Room was big. Bed was comfortable. Lack of sufficient electric sockets for devices. Lack of shelf space in the bathroom. Lack of decent wardrobe. One day the cleaner did not clean the room.

Nothing really The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty with very little amount of toilet roll or shower gel in the facilities. The bathroom floor smells of urine. The shower cubicle was dirty. We are hundred percent sure this room was not cleaned before we stayed very very disappointed for the amount of money we spent.

Very easy to find, lots of parking, immediately when walking in the place is beautiful and clean and the staff were extremely welcoming. Allowed us slightly early check in due to a wedding we had, and we unbelievably accommodating! Went above and beyond! Rooms were beautiful and very clean, very comfy stay, night and quiet and breakfast was brilliant. Staff in the morning also very friendly and a pleasure to have stayed there! Loved every bit of the stay.

The location, free parking and food were great The bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel each and every spring. The bed is what let it down. I stayed 2 nights and didn't sleep well either night. It's quite noisy, but it is a pub, so I guess that is to be expected.

Lovely place. Lovely bar and restaurant. Double room was tiny. Logistical puzzle to solve when swapping use of the mirror etc.

It was tidy, well presented spacious, and clean, quiet, light, bright, room The bed was to mattress to make 1 bed and the 1 side seemed a little more warn then the other side of bathroom sink needs a bit more cleaning detail but these are just petty as didn't effect the stay

The location is perfect if you want a weekend or night away in Bridgnorth! The staff are so welcoming and friendly! Could not fault the place one bit. Will hopefully be coming back! N/A

Staff were very helful in allowing us to gain early access to our room to get ready for a wedding. Breakast amd lunch was very nice with excellent service Nothing!
