Rob is an outstanding member of staff. He is polite, professional and friendly. He dealt with an issue I had with calmness and speed. He changed my room without any fuss when someone let a bath overflow in the room above.

Cute spot, unique and interesting. Staff was great. Floor of my room sloped so badly that one post of the bed was 4 inches lower than the rest. Old classic cramped English room.

Good location in the centre of old Bridgwater town. We booked their suite which gave us extra space with seating area, spacious bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Comfortable quality mattress. Friendly responsive staff. Good freshly cooked breakfast plus cold buffet with delicious homemade baked treats. An excellent evening meal and characterful bar. Excellent value.

Good food but a limited menu. Being in the middle of town there were options nearby. Location is so special, being in the middle of town, and right by St Mary's church. Nothing Better than expected.

The Hotel and Restaurant were clean and comfortable. With a welcome upgrade to a suite I had a very restful night. The on-site facilities are good and the rooms are lovely. There were dead spiders in the curtain lining, which only became visible when the sun rose on the following morning. Most of the roof lights in the room did not work. And the breakfast really let the hotel down. It’s the last chance a hotel has put a cherry on top of the stay.
