We were allocated another hotel due to the Holiday Inn being refurbed, however the replacement was excellent, we stayed at the Hotel Ibis, Bridgewater, we had 1 twin & 1 double connecting rooms which were amazing. Loved the "industrial" feel and look of the decor. Breakfast was slow and had to wait for food to be replenished, however it was very good. The wait for food at breakfast.

This hotel was taken over by the home office taking over. It was neant to be celebrating our engagement as this was where i said yes. So upsetting. Let down by being a member of yours. We were offered a basic hotel. Not good. Why o why am I getting this email from you after you had cancelled our christmas.

perfect location and the staff were lovely the shower was a bit unkept - they are clearly new and spacious - which is lovely, but some parts looked like they hadn’t been cleaned.

My favourite breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Convenient time. Nothing I thought the place was great, perfect for what we were doing.
