Modern and friendly reception staff. Guy at breakfast was brilliant but seemed like he was doing all the work and the other lady was stood around a lot Cleaners went into the room before check out and wouldn’t let us use the bathroom

Everything!! The chocolate cookies at check in, the room, the breakfast and particularly the staff. Alice on reception gave a great recommendation of a country pub for dinner, supplied water for our room and was extremely welcoming. At breakfast the duty manager and "food" lady worked tirelessly to keep the quality food fully stocked. Probably the best Ibis we have stayed in. Can't think of anything.

Easy check in and friendly staff Bar staff were really slow and unable to change a barrel, and breakfast was nice but very slim pickings. Considering we were a coach load and there were a further 2 coach parties you would.of thought it would of been very well stocked

Perfect to stay over off the motorway. Bar looked great and staff friendly. Room was clean and modern. Had everything we needed. Great shower and comfortable bed. Blackout curtains perfect and very quiet. I did like that it was modern however the industrial feel in the room did make it feel less cosy but I understand the vibe.
