The room disabled very large and restaurant They are let down by the lack of disabled facilities no ramps because of steps I was taken through the kitchen to reach the restaurant and that was very unhygienic

Nice sized room, good location, air-conditioning unit was efficient although noisy, staff absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Car parking an absolute bonus. A bit more storage space in the room would have been more helpful for a week's stay. The air con was too noisy to have on all night. The coffee at breakfast time wasn't good, and I only went down twice for breakfast even though I'd paid for 7. (my fault also because I didn't get up in time before the rehearsal at 9.30, not decent coffee might have been an incentive!)

Fantastic location Very clean and comfortable room Really nice bar area - good atmosphere The bar area is really good - luckily we were able to get a couple of seats but so many people were unable to sit and have a drink and had to go somewhere else I realised (too late) that there is a bar ‘Ricks’ adjoining the hotel but had no idea - would be good to be informed

Great spot in Harbourside, with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within minutes walking distance. Really comfy, spacious room and the team where super friendly and helpful.

Good location and friendly staff. No AC for the price they charge is not acceptable. They couldn’t change the room with one with AC because they were “fully booked”, surprisingly not many people at their restaurant or during breakfast time.
