The location is good and convenient. The bathroom is very small. There is no refrigerator.

Lifts were out of order, one working one was so small and slow, it took forever to take luggage to our rooms and to check out, not even at peak times. The aircon didn’t work properly, which in the current heat was less than ideal.

Staff was great , cookies amazing Too many road closures hard to get to by car

Unfortunately, there was no minibar or fridge in the room, and no bottled water was provided. I had to request water from reception and was only given two small cans. When I asked again, I was told they had run out and that I would need to buy water from the bar. For a 4-star hotel, I would expect complimentary bottled water to be available in the room, either on the hospitality tray or in a minibar/fridge, particularly for use with the in-room kettle. I also had to request basic amenities such as a shower cap from reception. In addition, the 4:00 p.m. check-in time felt quite late.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a few minutes' walk away from Temple Meads train station and several bus links into the city centre. You can also easily walk to the city centre or harbourside in about 15-20 minutes, which is quite nice on a sunny day. The room was spotless and generously sized, with all of the usual amenities included (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, lockable safe). The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, and checked in regularly throughout the stay to ensure that everything was good. I did order room service once during the stay and the food was delicious. My room had an adjoining door with another room and my neighbours were not the quietest, so it was very easy to hear them clearly through our shared door. Thankfully, they quietened down before it got too late but then I was kept awake by their snoring. Obviously, this isn't the fault of the hotel but it's just something to bear in mind - if you are a light sleeper, it might be good to request a room that does not have an adjoining door.

Well situated particularly when coming in with a car. Reception was efficient and helpful. The corridor carpets looked grubby. In the room the phone wasn't working nor two of the lamps working. Would be nice to have a complimentary shower cap in the bathroom. Felt it was the bare minimum provided. The restaurant is only open from Monday to Thursday which was not convenient and is meant having very limited food in the bar of poor nutritional value when you have spent the day on road getting there. Breakfast was average in terms of choice. A change in a hot menu would be lovely. The entire UK seems to provide the same things. Having to order poached eggs and other food is also inconvenient. The fresh fruit which was popular wasn't refilled. The staff member appeared bored at the desk and no kitchen staff where seen whilst we were there. Not good value for money for a Hilton.

Cleaners left rubbish and gloves in room
-
Smaller size of rooms, over priced breakfast, rooms were not cleaned every day,
-
Just need to make the WiFi code more obvious or tell guests at check in
-
Close to town breakfast was very good
-
This is a very conveniently located hotel clean and efficient but a clincher is that the staff were lovely. Never did find a hair dryer

Great location and plenty of car parking. Quite expensive.

Very friendly staff, a very good fitness centre (by hotel standards) and an excellent breakfast. The hotel is well located between Temple Meads station and Bristol City Centre.

Clean, nice shower , good location to train station(if you have minimal luggage) Nothing

Still great, convenient location. Nicely laid-out rooms. Good 'soft facilities' e.g. robes, slippers, etc. Don't like the soap & shampoo dispensers - if these are necessary, surely a better quality soap could be made available? The current soap product feels like instant-eczema. Bed Mattress - still very good, but showing some slight signs of use (Note to management: time to turn them over?) Breakfast buffet OK, but unexciting choices and quality for a hotel of this standard. Pleasant restaurant staff.
