Staff were pleasant and professional at all times and I felt safe there staying on my own. I thought the breakfast was very well organised .. room is small but it was easy to find everything in the buffet and a nice atmosphere considering I had no company on that day but I felt it was amicable. Coffee machine didn't work for me and no one to help!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a very close 2 minute walk to airport flyer bus, good lobby with drink variety. Rooms were clean and good value

Локацията, чистотата, изключителното отношение на Петър(момчето от рецепция, което ни настани при пристигането), наличието на климатик в стаята. Невъзможността да се отваря прозорец и липсата на хладилник.

Near the center, a nice bar. It stayed open late.

Nobody is going to the hotel for a getaway weekend. The location across the street from the rail station, as well as the bus to the airport -- which is one of the most disorganized airports in the UK -- is the drawing card. It's priced at an affordable rate; the rooms are relatively clean, although the second morning the cleaning did not extend into the bathroom; the bed was fine, yet clean; and the breakfast was tasty -- nice eggs, sausage, juice, breads, and fruit. The staff is competent and quite pleasant. One gets the feeling that they are pleasant and helpful because they are pleasant and helpful people, not because it is their job. You get what you pay for. The Double Tree by Hilton is two blocks away, has nicer rooms, and a better breakfast in the Kiln restaurant, but it costs about 40 pounds more per night. Since I was arriving at 11 PM the first night, spending all day on a tour the next day, and leaving the second morning at 6 AM, I decided to economize and save $120, which essentially paid for my day trip to Stonehenge and the Cotswolds.

Fairly decent, comfortable room. Ok staff, ok breakfast. Its proximity to main road/thoroughfare makes it very noisy pretty.much throught the night and day. Sleeping is difficult at tume because of noise.

The service was excellent and the staff were really helpful. The breakfast was really good! N/a - was all good

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet, being located at the rear of the hotel. The location of the hotel could not be better and it was easy to get to the locations in the city which we wanted to visit. The breakfast was plentiful and set us up for the day. The only thing was the bathroom ventilation which was either not working or else could be improved. Compared with everything else this was a minor quibble and would not put me off returning.

The women at front desk were exceptional. They made you feel like you were their only customer.

From the moment we arrived early morning we were greeted by Conor on reception. So pleasant and helpful.great location next to train station and buses.handy to get breakfast. Beds so comfy. Air-conditioning great these hot days. Got late check out which was great. Super to be able to leave cases when we arrived and and before late flight home. Short trip very reasonable price. So easy to get bus from airport . Nothing

Comfortable and good location

Great location, lovely staff. The hotel staff are all lovely! but the hotel is dated and very expensive for the overall quality

The staff was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond. They've arrange to call us when our room was ready because we were there earlier than planned, and made a note to get some breakfast ready at 4am in the morning because we needed to leave early to catch a flight. Dan and Beth were the staff present that day and they were stars. We will happily return every time we need to travel from Bristol airport. Nothing, everything was great.

1 night Couldn't get all lights to work in room and a broken toilet lid. Whoever came up with the bathroom door that you couldn't shut unless you was standing in the shower.

The room temperature
-
The toilet seat and toilet roll holder are loose and some corners of the wall paper came loose. But still all very clean
