Receptionist was lovely. our room was very clean and well equipped, however the room would benefit a seating area rather than the bed or the uncomfortable bench seat. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING. Checkout was simple. everything was perfect really.

Staff very friendly. Prime position of venues and railway station. Room was very clean and tidy. This is my 3rd time visit to this location, wont be my last.

It was bright and clean. Housekeeping were spot on with towels and beverages. There was an air cooling system which helped in the very hot weather. It was easy to get to from the station. The staff were friendly on checking in. Free left luggage facilities. There was quite a bit to like. The bathroom was very small and the noise from water flushing from other rooms and toilet was really loud.

Location was quiet. The bed was comfy but not attached to anything so if you leaned on the headboard, the entire bed would just wheel away from you. TV was old and skewed on the wall, remote was broken, I had to hold the back on to get it to work intermittently. Staff were nice. Room was clean and quiet.

Great location if you come out rear side exit from temple meads train station (Don't go out the front entrance because it is a long walk to correct yourself or you need to get an uber like we had to !) Clean, good location, new and good bar and breakfast
