Perfect location with excellent hospitality provided, especially the front desk staff so professional and handling effectively for check in. The room overall abit dim lighting need to improve on certain spot due to the room is big

Pleasant clean and bright room. I had an undisturbed sleep. Breakfast was good. No problems. For under £100 a night this was good value, I've paid more for less in other hotels. The only thing I can think of was that the lifts were rather slow to arrive but this is only minor.

Hotel is fab.location gd walked for miles.breakfast really gd omelete was so gd stayed for 4nights Bed was too hard this time?fourth night not so great on 7th floor people woke us up 1.30am no repect for others on that floor and again at 3am.we were up other end but still got woken.

Location was great. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I parked next door but for some reason it was inconvenient. I also found the room to be cold even though we raised the temperature. The shower head didn’t stay in place which was my only real complaint.

Excellent location and accommodating staff. This is petty, but we don't have a bath and I was excited for a bath. This is obviously not a major issue.

Location and cleanliness was good Bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast very average. Felt the stay was expensive for what we got.

Great location! With very good selection of breakfast, room was very clean and spacious and comfortable. Storage room was a big help too. 1st time to experience security guard knocking on our door at 9:45pm ,we're about to sleep, telling us to low down the noise, we are quietly watching the TV and we cannot hear any noise around us. He knock to other rooms as well. Our sleep was disturbed. Who ever complained with the noise should tell their room number, it could be around their area.

The hotel was next to car park The loud family above us. Breakfast no spoons, run out if juice and Nutella waited 10 mins for all to be stocked up.
