Near the city centre . Easy for parking. The breakfast so good. The staff are friendly and helpful. If the bins have bin bag is better

Breakfast was nice Staff had no idea about smoke free driving zone , couldn’t understand the room numbers on the card so had to go all the way back to ask . Had one disabled room they didn’t tell us which room was which and they were no where near each other

The breakfast on offer had a wide variety and the tea making facilities in the bedroom The air conditioning device was difficult to operate when we arrived. The bedroom was freezing cold on our arrival and it took quite some time to figure out the a c device despite the instructions displayed on the wall. The bedside lamp only worked on one side of the bedside cabinet. Difficult to read in bed with glaring main lights on in bedroom.

They were nice, they were on top of the cleaning whilst we was gone and my partner was impressed. Not all the elevators was working, but beggers can't be choosers.

Conveniently situated for getting to shopping centre and the Hippodrome. Very clean, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
