Friendly staff, quiet, central, bonus with the small breakfast in the morning, great common room

The friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The kitchen was particularly well stocked. The price! After living in hostels for the past 3 months this was by far the most expensive, even 2.5 the price of the one I am in today in London.

Great central location, close to bus station and within walking distance of town center. Lidl and Tesco right around the corner. Crisp clean sheets, daily sparkling clean showers and restrooms. Stay on the top floor for ultimate quiet. A shout out to the amazing staff, esp Shamal, Sali and Harry! So very kind and personable! N/a

Great location!! Right next to the coach station, shopping mall, 5 mins to central No AC, it was so hot in the room at night

Good value for money very close to the city centre and harbourside, made for nice walks out during the day and convenient for later at night too.

I do wish the check in time was advertised better on the listing because I only learned it was at 3PM when I arrived 5 hours early. The staff were courteous enough to store my bags in the meantime though.

Location was good plus cereal for breakfast. Employee was nice. I had let them know when I was arriving but No one was there to open the door so I was locked out in the rain. I tried calling, messaging on booking, calling and messaging on social media and even emailing. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. A stranger let me in when they exited and then I had to wait until the employees returned. Was not a good start. There needs to be a better way to contact the hostel. The bunk beds were so short you can’t sit upright so it was very uncomfortable to maneuver.

Great location

The reception was so quiet and gave me the chance to work remotely directly from there. (free coffee and tea were a plus by highly appreciated) The stuff helped me with every request. Bathrooms were very clean and recently renewed. My room (female 6 beds) was spacious enough, with big windows and space for storage.

Amazing value for money. Simple but spacious room, private bathroom 3 steps outside the room. Ok bed. Free breakfast cereals. Good location. Worth every penny.

Always happens when people feel at home Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful there was one guy who Did a bit of complaining about life and his language was a bit off. Should be a pro and putting on his work mask to keep the vibes of the hostel
