Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Location is near city centre and train station.

Big- ish room Staff were like frozen deer in the headlights most the time. Young - inexperienced and lacking confidence. The lack of on-site parking and only an open air £20 a night car park 300m away was an issue if you have a nice car.

Great location near the station, staff are friendly, and a lovely modern hotel and the WiFi is usable for work. The room fridge is totally pointless, I'm not sure what function a warm fridge serves?
