What I didn't like was when I ask for a cleaning oh my got was towels and cover tucked in on a bed that was already made. All I needed was the bathroom cleaned because we had been to the beach. When I checked out the desk clerk said that a cleaning means you get fresh towels. I was there 4 days.

The Hot water was great ( so many hotels have the temp. turned down to save energy ) , it was nice to take a hot shower , thank you I found nothing that needed improved

Staff was very nice & accomodating. Clean property. Breakfast was good but waffle machines need replaced. Pool was a bit cloudy but hot tub looked nice. Easy checkin & convenient to the Cleveland Zoo. Nice restaurants nearby & location was great!
