Clean room and very cold air conditioning, the room was clean and comfortable. The room was also fairly updated with a great shower with lots of water pressure.

Yes the fact that the woman give a key and allow someone that did not rent the or associated with my room to come in with access key

One stars explain enough. Not family friendly.

Everything except no pool There was no pool

It was very secure, one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. The ones run it were super nice and very polite. I couldn’t find any complaints

Run down but forgivable. But BED BUGS!!! Left in the middle of the night. Brought live bug to show front desk and went to toss it in the trash!!!!! Obviously does know what to do or didn’t care. Stated they would refund me but didn’t. And then had to high heat dry and leave some items outside at home to make sure they don’t spread!!!! Avoid!!!! BED BUGS, poor response

Pool is not functional... clerk told us she did not have a room or reservation for me and was looking around trying to figure out what to do. Told the clerk I would just cancel and all of a sudden she had a room to offer. We passed on that offer. Bad vibes.

The room was dirty, plugs where broken, pool was closed. Front desk guy was rude.

When I got there to check in, the front staff was already arguing with a client who had tried to book the king suite with the jacuzzi. Apparently the woman in front of me had paid for the room already but it was not available. I thought “hopefully thats not the room i booked”. Well… my turn to check in comes around and im told the same thing. The room i already booked was not available and the woman behind the counter could not tell me why or how this happened. So I found another hotel that was very accommodating and thankfully had a room available same day.

Place was dirty ! I booked the hotel because of a swimming pool they didn’t have a pool. A guy that was also at the front desk complaining had blood on there sheets. Me and him both requested refunds immediately ! I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Lady who. Checked me in, charged me several times. And now I have dealt with getting the charges returned for several days

For breakfast, there was a waffle maker, stale donuts and bread to toast and some yogurts. So there was no pool to use and we ended up opting to eat breakfast away. The front desk staff was amazing but that is the only positive about this hotel.

They need to get begging buy the the other u ok you are a joke to me I don’t care what anyone else thinks of me and you have to do it yourself you have no business in this country and I am a joke you have nothing else you have nothing but respect and I I don’t know how you have nothing better than you are not my
