Very good

Lovely decor and clean Room was super hot , however fans issued . Staff were pleasant . Parking is nearby but not directly outside , however walkable .

Loved the location, the easy check in, breakfast and the room facilities. It was a heatwave and the room was very hot. We had fans which we appreciated, but it is not air conditioned so did get a bit sweaty.

Great location and very helpful staff!

The location was amazing, the host contact impeccable, breakfast for our family was wonderful. It catered for us in all aspects. In addition, the public underground parking was so close by and reasonable priced. As we were in the heat wave, there was no AC which was problematic in a family room of four people. However, they had already provided two fans, up and running in our room upon arrival. The best option for what is not usually an issue I would believe.

Really central location. Nicely furnished Comfortable bed Fan provided, owing to heatwave Didn't get key codes until after we had arrived and as the hotel is not manned, had to phone and ask for it- which was stresful. Annoying as we had done the online check several days prior to arrival.

The central location was ideal. The room was spacious for our family of four and the little details really made it special. The continental breakfast in the morning was lovely and staff really friendly and welcoming. Nothing

The location was ideal for a short visit to Bruges. The room was very small, hardly any space to open the suitcases, or store them.

The staff were lovely and the hotel has everything you need and is so cute! Great location close to the centre of Bruges

The decor, lovely light filled room overlooking trees and roof tops, the bells, the lovely gentleman who served us breakfast and a perfect location so close to the action but in a quiet zone out of the action. Oh and coffee pod machine Some of the bathrooms need an upgrade.

A trip to Bruges was for our brother's 60th birthday. The hotel appealed on booking as traditional building and not a chain. The three of us agree that the hotel is lovely, We were met by the owner on arrival and welcomed into the hotel. The hotel is traditional and has retained its original decor. Its is well furnished and has an honesty bar, which we were surprised by and we did use one evening. The breakfast was a very good quality continental breakfast, with fresh produce, which was plentiful.the hotel is a 2/3 minutes walk from the canal (where you can take boat trip and see Bruges form a different perspective) and 5/10 mins walk to the Burg and Mart (bars,historical buildings, shops restaurants and art gallerys) we couldn't of been more central, whilst just back from the busyness in the evenings. So we heard no noise at night. The bedrooms were lovely, with fresh linen and comfortable beds. For one twin and one double room in this location it is great value for money. Nothing at all
