The Pand Hotel was perfect for our three night stay in Bruges. The staff were warm and welcoming, really helpful without being intrusive. The breakfasts were fabulous with lots of choice and fresh egg dishes made on the Aga to order. The location was perfect for us - very central but peaceful at night. I think the rooms would be better if there were walk in showers. Some might enjoy a bath but personally I’d rather not have had to climb in and out of the bath for a shower. A minor grumble about a lovely hotel

Location is excellent. Very quiet. Mattress is acceptable but sagging, one pillow per person, staff very efficient but not friendly, air conditioning works but not very well. Not good value for money.

Amazing romantic boutique hotel. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, complete with a glass of champagne. The location was perfect (right across from the famous cafe on the corner of the canal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again! Nothing at all. I only wish we had more nights here.

Beautiful hotel, with the most welcoming staff. Care and attention went into every detail… when you ask for a coffee you get more than just a coffee! And The Pand Cocktail we lovely! Great location!

The suite was large and the location can’t be beat. An espresso machine in the room instead of powdered coffee would have been more appropriate for a hotel of this quality.

Loved our stay at this hotel. The service at breakfast and front desk was exceptional. They made our stay memorable at Bruges. The decor and location is great too.
