The room was clean. The hotel has an elevator. The folks we very helpful and friendly. Although not right in the center, the location was excellent. Breakfast was a bit pricey so we chose to go to Tatties.

From the moment we arrived we were treated extremely well. The host amazing and the advice provided extremely helpful. The room was well up to expectation. Not a huge amount of room to have two suitcases open at the same time, but we managed so no complaints. The parking was also not the most convenient, but you don';t a car tio visit the main attractions in Brugge, so again no complaints

Good central location, clean room. The supply of tea and coffee in the rooms wasn’t good. Only one coffee per person in the room. Had to ask for more, then only one person was given.

Great location, nice and clean would stay there again. Parking was a little way from the hotel. Would have liked some small cartons of milk in the room, powdered creamer is not great in tea.

The room and hotel were clean, neat and modern. The communication from the manager was fantastic and he helped me check in after hours due to delays in my travel plans to Bruges from Germany that day.

Hotel is in a lovely quiet position overlooking the canal (from the rear rooms). Hotel has a lift and bed was very comfortable. Room was air conditioned. Tea and coffee facilities in room as well as safe. Only 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Owner was very friendly and helpful with guidance on which attractions to visit. Hotel is in a very good condition . No complaints at all so highly recommend this hotel. Nothing
