We were no further than 30 minutes walk from anywhere you might like to visit in Bruges. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

Great location. Lovely hotel. Fine rooms. Breakfast at €42 is too much. A cheaper price will see more people availing of it. The car park charge was also high.

Excellent location, friendly reception staff, jacuzzi bath … upgraded to executive room. Beautiful hotel and apartments, spotless, luxurious… cannot fault it . Wouldn’t hesitate to come back Milk in the fridge Would be good for tea.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was excellent and only a 10 - 15 minute stroll to the main squares and the other attractions. Breakfast was also very good although we did not take advantage of the champagne and chocolate options... The room opened onto a courtyard so we felt we could not open the curtains, especially at night. The air-conditioning did not work during the first night but was fixed the next day (thank you for the chocolates - a nice touch!).

It’s a beautiful hotel, inside and out, which is located right in the heart of the city. Room was stylish and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast!!! This was phenomenal, such a huge range to choose from and beautifully presented. Absolutely nothing, it’s perfect.

The room was lovely - well appointed and quiet; the staff were very attentive and friendly. One of the sinks in the bathroom dripped (the one on the far left hand side). Also the hairdryer looked like it had been dropped and it only worked when one held the two sides of it together. We felt that the breakfast was quite "pricey" so we ate breakfast in local cafes.
