The room was very comfortable and clean. Location was great being within walking distance to all Bruges attractions. Great self-serve breakfast offerings and seating facilities - with windows to the canal. Very relaxing atmosphere. Some flaking paint on walls. This is minor and easy to fix.

Helpful staff and great location There should be more shelves to put belongings for 3 people and safe not secure

breakfast, location room reeds redecorating in a lighter colour to give a more spacious feel. it had a tired feel about it. an extraction fan that works when having a shower would be nice, more mirrors actually in the room, bedside tables and not finding a pest controllers fumigation cannister under the bed to combat an infestation!

Bed No room amenities , breakfast was just okay

The room was big enough and the bed comfy. The bathroom was ok. The location was very close to the centre and you could walk around anytime and return to the room for a while and back out. The room view was not i was expected but still was nice. The breakfast was basic. Except boiled eggs nothing else was warm.

Great rooms, staff was very nice and the breakfast was also nice for the price we paid.

Breakfast was a special touch. Location is far from train station so walking to location is about a 20 minute walk. It was a bit rough. There were no taxis at the train station. However the staff was able to book us a ride to the train station on our departure. The setting is perfect and the location in general was great. Close to both Christmas Markets. Would recommend this to anyone! The shower door wouldn’t close so we had to clean up water after showers. You needed someone to help close door from the outside.

low lighting level in room

The staff are amazing and it is them that make the hotel a place to return time and time again... we've been before and will definitely return ... Warm and attentive right from check in .. Seating area is cosy and relaxing after a cold Christmas market day Fabulous for walk into town 5 mins or less Toilet seat needs replacing

beautiful, cosy, nice room, top location, great breakfast. the - very beautiful - stairs and the platform on the 2nd floor look a little worn and neglected.

Loved the location and the hotels quirky setting. Great friendly staff especially Eva who went above and beyond to accommodate us after we discovered the train strike. Eva was kind considerate and a fantastic ambassador for the hotel.

The location was great, nearby the train station and also very calm. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room was small but cute, more than enough for one night stay. Very close to the center of the city, where you can find a lot of options if you are hungry, want to shop or visit one of the museums.

Cool my minimalist vibe. Most staff very helpful. Great location. Good breakfast. Overall I liked staying at the hotel a lot. No tea and coffee in our room.

Good place

The location was central, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was tiny but sufficient. The staff were very friendly, the common areas were lovely. Enjoyed the breakfast selection and eating it along the river with a lovely view. Would definitely return. It said we would have a courtyard view in my room, which we didn’t. We were looking at other roofs. We were unable to check in earlier as the room was not ready. There was no shelf in the shower to rest your toiletries. You had to place them on the floor, no ideal, but a minor issue.

Bed was ok. Bathroom was not very inviting as seen on the pictures. For the money I payed I would have expected more. We had a lot of dead mosquitoes on the walls. Also a bunch of alive ones because the window was open right next to the river.

Breakfast was very good. Bathroom was very clean. Lots of towels. For the price for this room, there was no air conditioning. Only one small fan. There was no proper closet for your clothes. Do not book this hotel during a European heat-wave.

Very outdated room. Holes in de wall.

I loved the view, so cozy, friendly personnel and I did rest during my whole stay! I loved everything

No AC, one very small fan provided in room, no instructions on how to fully open windows
