The location and ease of settling in. It’s also very comfortable and has a pleasant view. Maybe the heat in the common areas can be improved.

It was a clean and very cute place.

La ubicación excelente, súper limpio, casi impecable, se puede ver el cuidado que tienen en cada uno de los detalles. Se siente muy acogedor. Súper recomendado. Disfrutamos muchísimo el estar ahí. Gracias por sus lindas atenciones.

A Staff free hotel made up for it with signs posted everywhere that were helpful and cute. Quaint and homey with much attention paid to the details. Had a water refill station - fizz and still. Loved having air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room. They quickly responded to every message sent.

The view, the size of the room, it was just so comfortable. Three large windows brought in so much light and airco! Room 5!

The location was very nice and the room quite complete with airco, bathrobes, slippers, coffee and tea. You notice they did put some thoughts in the room. The common areas are quite simple and the hallways a little small. We did not see anyone from the hotel so cannot rate the staff. We did not have breakfast either.

Accomodation was changed last minute, we booked a bedroom with canal view, and were no staff, no discounts or anything for the inconvenience. Bedroom was not clean enough, we found trash from the previous guests on the trash can.

The location is amazing. The two rooms worked well for our family of four. Easy to access with door code. Host was very communicative. Can’t be helped… teens outside our window on the canal partying till late. Minor issue.
-
Easy to find, all that we needed was there Our room had a terrible view of construction , probably one of very few- as most windows face the canal. But given we didnt hang out in the hotel, it was not a big deal.

Great Location, great value. Walkable to de Burg, Market Square, T’Zand. LOVED having ac unit in room bc the heat wave we experienced. Welcoming with a few surprises and had an elevator. Quiet area with canal feet from your room. Wish shower had more pressure, but that may not be something they can fix and just a building pressure issue.

I loved the ease of self check-in. The room was well appointed and very comfortable down a quieter canal street. The staff were extremely responsive to any questions and provided lots of valuable information prior to our check-in date. Everything was great, I have no complaints!

Amazing location, easy straight forward check in, lovely owners/managers, great communication. Welcome beer and chocolate and local guide. We were able to check in early. Big comfortable bed. Room was very clean. Lovely coffee maker in the room with lots of coffee/tea included. Shower is a little small with shampoo/body on the outside which is a bit awkward. Only issue was the soundproofing - you can hear the footsteps of the people above you quite loudly. The people above us also could’ve been just very heavy walkers / inconsiderate so not the fault of the hotel, but maybe bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Super cute hotel. The room is compact but complete. It’s very clean and modern inside. We loved the extra touches like a couple of free beers and coffee, etc. in the room. Soft towels and plenty of hot water. Highly recommend. Location is a short walk from the heart of Bruges and a pleasant 15 minute walk from the train station. We never really saw any staff there, though they were very attentive online. Perhaps they should’ve mentioned there was construction going on next-door but honestly, it was so quiet that it made absolutely no difference for us even with the window open.

Great location

Beautiful location and place. The owners were in constant contact and we felt welcome and well taken care of! Nothing! It was a dream!

This family-run hotel is situated in a beautiful part of the old town along a small canal, away from the busy centre but really close to everything. The room had everything we needed: a tea kettle and a coffee maker (important for me), a fridge with water and beer (important for my husband), a comfortable bed, bedside lights, a good bathroom and all the little things that made it a perfect stay. Next door is Wid Food, offering healthy breakfast and lunch items, all of which were delicious. The lady running it took such good care of us. Our four nights there were absolutely wonderful!

Very Good Location - Best places to visit are nearby the property. Nothing as such.

Literally nothing, stay at this hotel.

There’s a lot to like about this hotel: good and quiet location, excellent coffee maker and fridge in the room, good pillow and mattress and ability to open the window for fresh air. Easy self check in, but also easy to drop off luggage if arriving early. Water pressure could be better, but that seems to be an issue in many hotels here. I have an ankle issue so specifically look for hotels with an elevator for my luggage. My room clearly stated “upper rooms accessible by elevator.” They all were, except room 6 which requires going down a short set of narrow stairs, then back up a short set after using the elevator. I would not have booked this room had I known - but there’s no acknowledgment that this room also has stairs. Just be upfront about it.
