Only a stones throw from the city centre, nice buffet breakfast, spacious double room with a powerful shower, staff were friendly and helpful, very clean and tidy hotel It doesn't have tea and coffee facilities in the room which I'm a big fan of. It didn't effect my stay particularly but it's worth noting.

Comfy beds Good linen Not to badly situated Air con not working Expressed mobility on booking was given room on 3rd floor with 5 steps down to it! Had to leave mobility scooter down in foyer! Made things very difficult. Large show but slipped as not anti slip and injured leg with two days to off holiday left!

The hotel is in a nice location and very accessible. We visited Bruges during a heat wave. There were no air conditioners in the room, just a small noisy fan. Moreover, opposite the hotel there was a shop that sells drinks and it played loud music well beyond midnight.

Location was perfect near all the restaurants. Not too far from station either. The shower is very slippery and without curtain the water gets everywhere.

Room was spacious, had a refrigerator. The temperature was extremely warm and the room only had a water cooler fan! But on the whole the room was very pleasing. A lift to all floors was very welcoming. Bathroom was a good size and the shower worked very well. Location was spot on for walking to all attractions and plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast selection mainly continental, but plentiful and very nice. Staff very welcoming and their restaurant staff attentive with a good selection Lack of air conditioning. No tea or coffee facilities in the room only available during breakfast if booked. Breakfast room was nice but very, very, warm has it had a glass roof during sunny weather even at 0800hrs in the morning, similar to eating food in a greenhouse. The hot breakfast food each morning was cold? Cold beans, cold sausage, cold omelete?

Close to the city center, 10 min easy walk. Very small room, no refrigerator, door from the bathroom- like there is no door separating the room from bathroom.
