I loved everything. The service was top-notch. A week before my arrival, I had a package delivered there, and they kindly agreed to hold it for me until my check-in date, which I really appreciated.The service was top-notch. The room decor was amazing, very comfortable and tastefully designed. The mattress was great as well. The place itself is within walking distance of the city center and feels very authentic. I highly recommend it.

Modern renovated room. Could have used a few hooks in the shower/bathroom area, and maybe another trash can.

Gorgeous old historic home with amazing, high-end decor and finishes. In a quieter area of Bruges but still within easy walking distance to the centre. Rooms are well equipped with a coffee machine and mini bar. Small thing, but as a solo traveller, they only provided me with one bath towel (plus two hand towels). I am used to receiving two per person.

This room was probably the most cozy and beautiful I ever been to. Really romantic, and perfect for a couple. If you drink too much, you should take care with the stairs

Location was amazing! The room was a great size for myself and son. The owners were brilliant and the breakfast we had in our first morning was really good! Check in / out was very easy and all round a fantastic stay!

The place was really cozy and luxurious, we took the room with bath which was really worth it. The owners unlike what I read in other reviews were really nice and professional, they were also able to give us all the information we needed to visit the city. The breakfast really good, everything quality. For me this is how a stay out should be. All good.

Nice location and really comfy beds. The hosts were quite lovely and helped with restaurant recommendations which was quite helpful in the quiet season as many restaurants were closed. The accomodation asked that you not eat or drink anything in the room other than their (quite expensive) minibar and snack food. The accomodation also couldn't hold our bags after we checked out, which made our last day somewhat difficult.

We had a fantastic stay at this b&b! A very stylish small hotel in a fantastic location for exploring Brugge (only few minutes walk to the centre). Absolutely beautiful spacious rooms, very clean, all the amenities were great, lovely toiletries and quality linen, super comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! Loved it all.

Absolutely beautiful room and a fantastic location for exploring Brugge. The attention to detail - cosy room on arrival, lovely toiletries and quality linen, made this such a luxurious stay. The hosts were very helpful. Would definitely recommend Raphaelles - especially the loft suite for a treat! Nil
