Great hotel, beautiful room! We were under the stairs and at night you could sometimes hear people walking up them above us, only difference between a 10 and a 9

Location was fantastic, in a very quiet street but only 2 minutes walk to the market square. Lovely fresh breakfast each morning and the person overseeing this was extremely friendly and helpful. It didn't affect us but beware there is no lift in this hotel. Nothing else we didn't like about this hotel.

It was a beautiful, historic hotel. The water in the shower didn’t drain well and it was fairly noisy whenever anyone walked up and down the stairs.

Great location a few minutes walk from the main square and lovely and quiet. Undergorund parking at the end of the street. Reception is not open all day, just speciifcied hours but we arrived when it was open and excellent welcoming staff. Large comfortable room All good for us

Fabulous boutique hotel. Loved our huge room, and the history. The location was incredibly quiet even though Brugges was humming. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Nil

Location, newly renovated room, a/c, lovely old building, breakfast was great Front office closed early and opened late. Breakfast was served late. If you had an early morning start you were out of luck.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Communication prior to stay was good. Don’t cater for gluten free breakfast unless you give 24hr notice which is a shame. Maybe more milk/ tea bags in rooms? 1 each didn’t go far.
