Great location, unexpected that had so much space and storage, with very large bedroom, large bathroom, and a tiny terrace area, happy with ground floor and not having to negotiate stairs with suitcases Never saw or spoke with anyone other than disembodied voice on intercom button when we arrived. Almost total absence of any communication- no response to ph calls, messaging via booking.com or even email over more than 6 months - the one booking.com message was such gobbledygook copy and paste that made no sense that we almost cancelled believing we had been scammed by a sham site. No arrival information was provided. Went ahead and took the risk and were pleasantly surprised- but not able to contact anyone to make any requests for the room - eg some sugar!! At end of stay accidentally discovered a message with arrival information on What’s App, something I never use - with no Indication anywhere this was all they used for any communication

Everything was brilliant. We stayed with 2 friends, both our rooms were fabulous (their room had a bath & an extra basin too). Showers were powerful and hot. Great little features - little bar, treats, coffee facilities, seating area… Breakfast was fantastic - fresh meats, cheeses, fruit, croissants, bread, orange juice, tea/coffee …… Location was spot on too - really close to everything. Communication with the host was great, reply was almost instant. Sorry we didn’t stay for longer! Nothing to dislike about the property - great place to stay.

A nice big room with plenty of space to relax and get luggage and clothes out of the way. Excellent location right in the middle of everything, yet windows looked out on a quieter courtyard which was nice. Would love a little rechargeable touch lamp by the Nespresso machine area since there was no light there. It was kind of hard to see.

Centrally located and luxurious accommodation. Deluxe room was massive - felt like our own apartment. Jannie was gorgeous and provided the most amazing breakfast - we loved the fresh produce including products made by her family. Highly recommend. Nil

Great location. very quiet We were unable to enjoy the breakfast as it was not available until around 9am and we had to eat elsewhere to be able to make our train.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Getting large suitcases up to the top floor could be an issue.
