We had a really enjoyable stay at Zakske13 and would definitely stay here again. The location was excellent—just a few short blocks from the main square and all the restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet the area itself felt quiet, peaceful, and tucked away from the crowds. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The room wasn’t overly spacious, but it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Since we spent most of our time exploring Bruges and only returned to relax and sleep, it worked perfectly for us. The self-check-in process was easy, the property was well maintained, and everything was exactly as described. If you’re looking for a comfortable place within easy walking distance of the historic center while still enjoying a quiet night’s sleep, Zakske13 is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the location was very convenient, and I especially appreciated the quality shampoos and shower gels provided in the room. Small touches like these make a difference for me. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was available, the selection felt quite limited and I probably wouldn't choose to add it again. Other than that, everything was great. I stayed here during my birthday trip and had a wonderful time.

The room is quite small for 2 people, but enough for a short stay. It is quite expensive.

We liked everything :)

Location iw great and the room was comfortable. And though there is no staff on site, when we needed help Erin quickly responded and fixed our issue.

Erin was amazing and super nice about everything. Truly recommend the place. Great location, easy to get in and super comfortable

A modern, wonderful, well-designed B&B in 3 floors (G, 1st and 2nd), w a lift, a well-equipped common area w free drinking water and quality eating utensils for your whole stay. Security is quite good, bed and pillows very comfortable and nice, toilet very clean, spacious, w quality toiletries. No room fridge, only 2 hangers, and the whole room could do with a bit more lighting. The room can be a tad dark w its dark-colored walls and spot-lighting only on one side of the room. The toulet is vercwell lighted though.

Well located, lift, nice and clean. Quiet. No refrigeration available in room.

The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Market Square. Our experience was quite poor. There’s construction nearby, and the noise woke us up early morning. The hotel wasn’t very clean, and the elevator is extremely slow. It takes two minutes just to reach the second floor. The bed was uncomfortable, with a hole in the middle where I sank in. The pillows were square and decorative, not suitable for sleeping. The room was dark, with poor lighting both natural and artificial. Breakfast was also disappointing: it came in a box with mostly bread, no drinks or cutlery. The kettle in the room was dirty, and there was no milk for coffee. Overall, it did not meet expectations and is not worth the price.

Private, quiet, and not too far of a walk to get anywhere. We enjoyed the coffee machine in our room and the delicious butter cookies. Excellent bakery for breakfast, sandwiches, snacks, etc. a few doors down. On the small side, and the slowest elevator ever…take the stairs! Rooms are hot in summer, no AC, but they offer a fan.

Room was very nice and within easy walking distance to city centre.
-
A little noise coming from other rooms. It wasn't bad.
-
Everything about it was cheap. I would not recommend it.

It was in the heart of Bruges, close to everywhere which I really liked. I woke up for the sunrise and I was near the canals in a few minutes. Even though we ordered a double bed, it was two single beds which was not very comfortable when you are with your partner. This can be the only negative thing I can mention about this hotel.

Clean, bright room, great location. Short walk, through lovely quaint streets to all attractions. Good facilities, tea and coffee making in bedroom, communal fridge and dishwasher. Breakfast box available. Easy access with clear instructions from the team who were quick to contact us when we had a problem and had to leave unexpectedly. Thank you.

Nice location and clean.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Went to some of the recommended eateries, all very good. A LOT of noise from the apartment above until very late on the first night of our stay. No coffee pods for machine, 1 or 2 would be nice. Advertised as a very large room but a third of this was the bathroom. Lots of mosquitoes in the room so couldn’t open window after we’d got rid of them.
