Beautiful hotel, it smelled lovely and very clean and the rooms were beautiful, a little small, but lovely The room could’ve been a bit larger.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city! The staff was very helpful and responsive! Nothing!

Perfect stay, everything you look for on a stay. Good hot shower. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location

The bed was very comfy and room spacious. Free water , beer and chocolates were a nice touch. Amenities were high quality and overall the place was very stylish amd smelled nice. Initial staff at check in felt a bit indisposed and I felt like I disturbed him. Next days everyone was lovely

We loved our stay at the hotel and it was perfect. Beautiful and comfortable suite in the Annex with a cute balcony for breakfast and tea. Nothing

My room was so chic. It was small but extremely pleasant with a view and a really nice bathroom. I can't think of anything in particular.

The room layout and amenities were a highlight! Everything was so cozy, bed was very comfortable and we wish we could stay another night. The bar has a very nice vibe and selection. The location was great for proximity to all the sights and attractions but also for parking. The t'Zand parking area was so close and convenient.

Beautiful and well appointed hotel and room. Helpful friendly staff.

Wonderful helpful staff, especially Stephanie who answered many questions regarding nearby tours, attractions, etc. Location is ideal, hotel is beautifully designed and breakfast is lovely. Rooms although beautifully designed lack a few helpful items for travelers, such as a luggage rack. There is limited storage space for non-hanging items. And the shower can be tricky - Room 202 had a lovely square rainfall shower but two sides only had panels that went 1/2 way, therefore hard to prevent water from spraying out into the bathroom.

Beautiful and quiet hotel right in the city centre. The hotel itself is clean and spotless. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are a decent size with comfortable bed and linens. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We booked the suite and it was so beautiful. We enjoyed having a little terrace to sit on and we took advantage of the big bath tub. Close to the train and everything else you would want to do in Bruges. The bar was also a cool vibe at night for a drink before going up to our room. Nothing!

Amazing bed!
-
Everything was above expectations.

Breakfast is both pricey and disappointing for the offering: no buffet (prefilled tray instead), the menu for choosing the a la carte items is confusing as to what is included in the price, average taste. Brugges has great brunch places, skip the breakfast.
