Super dirty. Common space like the shower and bathroom were disgusting. The room I was given had dirty sheets all over. Woke up in the middle of the night to pack and leave since I have an early bus to catch, I found a random person sleeping in the ground of the bathroom. Paid 5 euro extra to use a towel for shower

location. Had such a nice experience. When we arrived we were assigned beds which turned out to be already taken when we returned in the evening. There was no one around at that time, so we had to spend the night elsewhere. At least there were couches in the bar so we didn't have to sleep on the floor. When we complained (because really??! we didn't pay to sleep in the bar because someone was completely incompetent!) the staff was super unhelpful, didn't really want to resolve the situation, kept on referring to a boss who is either nonexistent or doesn't care one bit, at some point they even lied to our faces. The only "solution" provided was neither a solution nor something we asked for. We had to leave the city before the situation get resolved, hooray for them. Afterwards the only response we received via booking came two days late and sounded AI-generated. So if you don't mind the chance for actually getting a bed is in best case 50/50, sure, go for it.

There was a bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom

The good location, the comfortable bed, the very nice lounge and kitchen and especially the wonderful staff.

Laid back and friendly, easy to find and great location. I felt really safe as mum travelling solo with 12yo. He loved “the vibe” too! No complaints!

Private room is good. Small but okay for hostel. Clean, good light. Got last room 18. Staff is all young and helpful. Most of them could speak english. Location is good. their bar is nice too. Enjoyed beer there. Room should have hooks/ hangers/shelf atleast basic even if not a hotel. Not a single hook to hang coat/jacket/ clothes. Didn't find any activity or common area vibe which hostels typically have.. There should be soap in toilet not just shower gel. Kitchen is good but too small for hostel, no light in kitchen. Can improve that.

Close to everything, clean and super friendly staff!! One shower had no hot water so there was more waiting but nevertheless it was a great experience

no elevator because historic building - have to climb 3 floors with luggage. and the bathroom would flood after anybody showered because the water had no proper outlet.

-Easy to reach both the center and the train station, also close to bus terminals. -A decent kitchen with a refrigerator. You can always make yourself a cup of hot tea. -While there is no free toilet in the museums and train station, it’s a relief to have your accommodation nearby. - The room and bedding seem not properly cleaned. I got rashes on my ears and limbs. - Weak wifi connection in public areas. -There is no shelves or racks in the room to keep my stuff. There is also no lockers but small safety boxes in the room. They are all settled under the same bed. I feel uneasy to use them when my roommate is sleeping or sitting on them.

There was only 1 bath towel in the room. The reservation was for 2 people. The room was a bit chilly...could have used another blanket/comforter.
