Breakfast was great.

The apartment was perfect and the staff was very friendly. It was also in an amazing location and we would definitely re

stayed in flat, receptionist was very helpful I was sent an email on the day of arrival to state that the reception was closed. We got there when it was dark and there was sign on the door at all for directions. We had to ask a local resident for the alternative address given on the email. The two people I was with never received an email an it was by pure luck I read it on the day otherwise we could have had no ideal where to go for the other reception, which was not in the same street. Once we found the other premises the receptionist was very helpful. There should be a note on the hotel door to advise that the reception for the hotel is shut and the address of the other hotel and directions. Otherwise we would have been stuck and had to find alternative accommodation.

Bed was comfirtable The hotel is being refurbished during our stay which we were not informed about until the day of our arrival. The hotel reception area was being used as a staging area for plasterboard for rooms upstairs and were required to check in, in a nearby hostel. The stairs was very upright and quite dangerous, especially coming back down, the tv in the room did not work, the curtains did not close properly, leaving a 100mm gap to allow light in and around the edges. Bathroom was new although the hot water needed to run for 6-7 minutes before heating up. The photographs did not represent what we saw during our stay.

Major construction through the entire building

It was not.Hotel was a building site. Breakfast was supposed to be included.

They are working in a hotel and also they have a people on it !!!!!! Omg what kind of hotel do that! I have a very very bad experience with this hotel it’s terrifying

Pleasant stay and great location. Very private entry also, only 1 other room (on 1st floor) of the locked building entry door/building (reception is next door with separate entry). There was construction in hotel lobby, so we had to check in at the nearby hostel 1 min away, but the staff at the hostel were very pleasant and even walked us to the hotel property around the corner. The walls are fairly thin so we could hear the downstairs room.

Nothing The property I booked turned out to be completely misrepresented (moreover we payed more than 300€ for two days - 2 people). Instead of a hotel, I was shocked to find that I had to use hostel facilities. The entire place was in a disturbing state of disrepair and clearly under construction. I felt extremely unsafe staying there. There were nails and screws protruding from the walls, wooden panels dangerously loose on the doors, and the air dryer was not only non-functional but also began to smoke when turned on. These are serious health and safety hazards. This experience not only ruined our anniversary but also left us feeling deeply uncomfortable and at risk. I believe it is important to report this to Booking.com guests and to local health and local authorities. Unacceptable.

Maybe location, but for Brugge it’s not so much important Ohh, we didn’t like almost all and I’ll tell you why. First of all the room they gave us was not as on photos when we booked. It was very small and ugly in the building under construction without reception and any facilities on the last floor under the rooftop. To get the room need to walk on the 3rd floor by old and dirty old narrow spiral staircase (with suitcases and kids). When we realized that room is really dilapidated, unventilated, with a musty smell of mold we asked to change (for that need to go again by the stairs cross the street to another building). Guy on reception reflected to return money back and after a few tries offered another room in the same building under construction. We agreed because was night already and kids need to sleep. So another room was bigger, but the old heating system didn’t warm us all night and just before the morning heated a bit. The water in the shower was warm also in the morning. The shower hose was broken and no water pressure at all. On the reception they offer to visit the shower in another room crossing the ground floor. So it was our worst experience of booking online .

It was under renovation nothing to like about it. They should let us know that the place was under renovations as we made the booking in july for december. The reception was in the backpacker around the corner. The hotel itself as you walked in there was nothing and you climbed the tiny stairs to get into the room.very challenging with suitcases as there weren't no lift. And the noise from above room very loud when somebody's walking.
