The AC made a strange sound all night, but told staff next morning and will look into it.

Very clean and spacious. It was easy access to walk through the whole city! I wasn’t aware that the directions for late check-in would be on Booking.com, not in my email! Someone else checking in late had the same issue so I directed him to Booking.com. It would be great if those instructions are sent to email as well.

Nothing The room shown in the picture during booking was not the same one they gave us. Low-quality room they gave. We did not stayed in that hotel and had to book new room in another hotel.

The room was new. Firstly they give me the room on the 4th floor where lift doesn’t go. I went to the 3rd floor with lift and then picked up my 30kg bag and took stairs it was so risky. No lift for 4th floor. Second- I requested for an AC room as it was so so hot there in bruges but she said we dont have AC in the room so you have to manage it. I cant tell how i survived inside, cant able to sleep all the night. I opened the roof thing and the mosquitoes came inside. It was a tough night for me. Better book some other hotel instead of this bad property.

Centrally located, very clean and recently renovated. I stayed in the economy budget room and it was plenty of space for a single person. Bathroom also included a tub, which was a nice treat. Check in process was simple and smooth. Good value for money. Walls a bit thin; easy to hear other guests in the halls and below me. Not too bad; the noise didn’t wake me.

I think the hotel has been renewed so the room I stayed was pretty amazing, it has a bathtub, but the thing was the ceiling at that section of the room is to low that you wouldn't be able to shower standing up. The staff was pretty attentive, in the first night I noticed the heater was not working, but I reported it the next morning and they provided a portable heater, so they were good at fixing that, and also checking up, as there were some noisy neighbours the second night, they checked if I had had any trouble with that (which I didn't). Location is amazing as it is close to everything historical, places to eat, bars aand also great access to buses and trains. As mentioned beforehand, the heater was not working, and I would have expected they should know everything is going fine with every room before assigning it. Again, they provided a solution to my issue, so they were good at solving it.

The room was very warm and comfortable, with an incredibly soft and cozy bed. The location was perfect — close to every main attraction, so we could easily explore the city on foot. The staff were amazing! The girl at the reception when we arrived was so kind and helpful — she welcomed us warmly, gave us a list of places, bars, and restaurants to try for an authentic local experience, and really made us feel at home. After check-out, they even allowed us to leave our luggage until our departure, which was very convenient. The price was extremely reasonable for everything the hotel offers. Our experience was truly fantastic, and we will definitely be back!

Ok room size and very good location Very basic breakfast.

Some issues with the room initially than problem resolved Good location the edge on main area, very close to train station Only minus was the night staff when we arrived. Inpatient not helpful not interested to work at all The room toilet leaking floor was whet when we requested the other room . Front desk guy first said hotel is full than accommodated us to an new room In the morning we where lucky to have amazing girls on day shift and pleasant guy in the afternoon

Very cozy and the staff were very friendly. Also the view was amazing

A minor complaint would be that the hallways had a bit of a smell.

The carpet in our room was stained in several spots. The front desk area and elevator smelled like grey water.
