Great location. Very walkable to the city center but very quiet at the hotel. Helpful staff, just a lovely stay. Oh, and cold AC!

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms and bathroom interior can do with a bit of an upgrade.

The location was perfect for discovering the old city. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The property is very clean but the carpeting in the halls was stained with bleach and worn. It was not a good look for this elegant hotel.

Clean and lovely rooms and lobby. Staff helpful and accommodating. Wellness center (gym) didn’t open until 12 noon. I prefer to work out early in the morning.

Hotel is located in a great location. Hotel is clean with helpful staff that can not do enough to assist you. Rooms are clean, fresh and quiet. Traveled and stayed due to work, and always try to get booked into this hotel. Pillows were a little uncomfortable, but once swapped around a little found some that were better suited for me.

Second time staying here - as perfect as the first. Location is great, rooms are great, staff are all perfect, we've dined here and enjoyed cocktails in the bar. It's a beautiful experience.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice, even got a free upgrade. The breakfast was also very decent. I think the only thing I had an issue with was the pillows. They were absolutely terrible, one of them was too high and the other one is as soft as a sock. That did impact my quality of sleep a bit.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was beautiful, with large windows that gave a great view of the city. The bathrooms and facilities were excellent. I enjoyed the sauna in the wellness spa that was included in the tariff. The breakfast spread was wonderful. Their lounge was lovely, where we could spend some time reading books and let our daughter colour, which was available at the hotel. The size of the rooms was great. The beds were very comfortable. We had a twin bed in the room that was very comfortable as well. na
