Great central location. Room wasn’t clean when we arrived, kitchen is dirty all the time, mirrors and headboards were broken, and staff is infrequently at desk. It just seems like they need to put more effort into small things here that other hotels would.

Location was very good, and it was a quiet area close to main attractions. I do with we'd had a refrigerator in the room, or air conditioning - it got pretty warm.

Good location Facilities were not as clean as they should be and both my companion and I were bitten by what I believe were spiders while we slept. No elevator.

Great views from our rooms, had a little fridge which helped. Coffee machine, nice little bonus. Perfect location, right in the center. Wooden beams and staircase, nice atmosphere A bit outdated, bathroom could do with repairs

The property is a bit shabby looking. The front office is cluttered and unkempt. The extra dining area is a nice size but everything looks a bit tired. The kitchen area was also very messy.

No light in the shower. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. No way to dry hands in the bathroom on the ground floor. That bathroom also smelled very bad.

The front desk is irregularly manned. They will kindly keep your luggage until check in and after check out but there is no assistance to get it up or down the stairs except during inconvenient times. Not a good hotel for anyone mobility challenged or who can't carry all of their own luggage up steep stairs.

Zero human interaction while checking in and out. Looks to have a resturant/breakfast buffet however it never looked open or was never explained to us.

recommended an amazing place to visit, booked us a taxi the night before for our 4:45am train, and even woke up early to make sure it arrived on time. Truly exceptional care! The stairs going up to the room
