Everything is new and clean. Barbara is very good host. Breakfast is excellent especially scrambled eggs Nothing.

Amazing stay. We spent 4 nights in this private hotel. Everything was just perfect. No issue with late arrival. Barbara - the owner - contacted us and everything was agreed upfront. The accommodation was nice, modern and clean. Internet connection worked as expected. Room service every morning even it was not really requested/required. I am pretty sure everyone can find whatever he/she likes for the breakfast. There was nothing we could miss. The staff (I should just say the friendly people) is so kind and keep asking if you need anything. There is a hidden gold in the house and that's a small sauna - incredibly relaxing place included in the price of the accommodation! On top of everything you can get pretty nice discounted access to the nearest Aqua land. We spent there 3 out of 4 days in there. If we go skiing to Kronplatz or just visit the area anytime in the future, we will stay here for sure. There was really nothing to complain. Maybe just a little bit further from the nearest ski bus stop. ~3-5 min walk with small kids might not be ideal but still doable. It was totally ok for me and my son (11 years). You will get free tickets for the public transport. If you prefer your own transportation, You can still use your car a park close to the ski lifts for 6EUR per day.

Amazingy comfortable beds that were perfect after whole day of hiking - perfectly firm to wake up well regenerated. Very tasty breakfast, with great quality products. Coffee and eggs(scrabble, boiled etc.) made fresh on demand. People are great, very helpful, very polite. Ive felt more like in grandmas house than in hotel.
